Remember these thigh high socks? They were the absolute "it" look when the movie Clueless first came out. It was more of a schoolgirl look back in the days, especially when paired with plaid mini skirts and the white button downs. Well, not that the schoolgirl look will ever lose its popularity, but there are definitely more ways (more grown up ways, too) to wear them, and they've been quietly making their way back in the scene.... actually, they have been seen and featured everywhere lately!!
I, myself, have been LOVING these thigh high socks!! It's been one of my go-to look since Fall. Wear them with shorts and a pair of Oxford or wedges, the look is so stylish but effortless. If the weather gets too cold, I layer the thigh highs over a pair of pattern stockings, and switch to a real pair of boots. There are so many ways to layer them. It's a perfect way of dressing cute, without being too cute, and I'm just saying, men dig the look, too!! Sexy!!
