What goes around comes around! See the theme here? 70's fashion has been making waves last fall and is sure to continue on as a fashion trend in 2011. There are several variants though. For this spring, we're taking them from 70's boho to a more sophisticated 70's look. Think Bianca Jagger, the perfect style icon for the decade, she inspired the 1970s woman with her lightweight blouses, smartly tailored lounge wear and floppy felt hats. There's a boldness, and underlying confidence to this trend, even the more demure looks need to be carried off with an air of sexuality and a sort of defiant independence. Now,it's time to pull the look together, and bring back the glory days of high waisted trousers, platform shoes and just a touch of androgyny. Don't we all love to add a bit of that vintage vibe in our wardrobe?

IT's all about clean yet voluminous silhouettes, and earthy 70's color palettes. Here are some basic elements to put together the look:
-- High waisted wide-leg pants or flares (throw a belt on, even better)!
--Neat bow-blouses, especially ones with billowing or bishop sleeves. Silk and Satin are particularly great!
-- For those more daring, a pair of hot pants or rompers are the ultimate 70's item.
-- Some layering beaded necklaces, big over-sized sunglasses, or a big round floppy hats are all great accessories to add on for a more 70's effect!!
